Zayn khan - Co-director & Founder
Zayn is a Junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He is majoring in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics with a minor in Computer Science. He is the current Philanthropy Chair of the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity on campus and a consultant at Illinois Business Consulting. He is well versed in politics, debate, and international affairs. In his free time he enjoys drawing, painting and binging the next hit political drama.
Jessie Wang - Co-director
Jessie is a Computer Science and Philosophy major at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is in the Society of Women Engineers, Disruption Lab, Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, and the Daily Illini. She joined Youth Water Initiative to bring people together to support an important, and often overlooked issue.
William Hohe - Co-Director/Creative Director
William is a Sophomore double majoring in Photography and Advertising with minors in Art History and Business. He is Photo Director for The Fashion Network, a co-founder of the Circular Fashion Expo, Creative Director for Flashpoint Photography, and American Advertisement Federation. William joined Youth Water Initiative to combine his creative aspirations and his desire to help others.
Michael D’Angelo- Director Of Development
Michael is a Junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign majoring in Econometrics and minoring in Business. He hopes to expand the team to take on even more ambitious goals and increase engagement with events. Michael is a family head at Beta Alpha Psi, on the Strategic Operations Team at Illinois Business Consulting, and likes to rollerblade.
Elizabeth Farah- Content Creator
Elizabeth is a Sophomore at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is majoring in Industrial Engineering. One area that she is really excited to make an impact on for YWI is to raise awareness about lack of clean water in communities as well as increase participation in fundraisers. Elizabeth is an Empowering Students in Engineering chair for The Society of Women Engineers and StemX External Coordinator for Engineering Council.
Diya Patel - Accountant
Diya is a Sophomore at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is majoring in Accountancy and Finance. Her biggest impact on the nonprofit is opening YWI to more organizations on campus and helping build that connection with a larger group of people. Diya is involved in Beta Alpha Psi, Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, Society of Women in Business, and Gies Ambassadors.
Justin Murray- Accountant
Justin is a Junior studying Accountancy and Finance. After graduation, he plans to earn his CPA certification. He is involved with Beta Alpha Psi, Accounting Club, Navigators, and Illini Fighting Hunger.
